These terms cover your use of CheaperTrip AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. This is a small, independently-run project, not a licensed travel agency, and this page is written in plain language rather than dense legal boilerplate - if anything here is unclear, contact us using the address at the bottom.

What CheaperTrip AI is

We search real flight, accommodation, and activity data from providers like Duffel, Hotelbeds, and Foursquare, and put together a budget-aware trip plan. Prices shown are accurate at the moment we fetch them but can change before you actually complete a purchase - especially anything you reach via an external link (Aviasales, Hostelworld, Booking.com, Tiqets, and similar partners), where the booking itself, payment, and any resulting contract are entirely between you and that site, not us. We aren't responsible for the accuracy, availability, or outcome of a booking made on a third-party site.

Your account

You need to be old enough in your country to enter into agreements like a travel booking to create an account. Keep your login credentials to yourself - you're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page.

Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose - planning and researching real trips. Don't try to scrape, overload, or abuse the search or chat features, impersonate someone else, or use the community/chat features to harass other users or post anything illegal.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We work with real provider data and try to keep everything accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free, always available, or that every price or recommendation is perfectly current. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from a booking made on a third-party site we link to.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Privacy Policy as the site evolves. We'll update the date at the top when we do - continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
